IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We don’t operate a dress code at the venue for either the show or the after party but we ask no football/ rugby shirts or jogging bottoms.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
We always encourage pre booking online or though our box office on 0208 8584581 as we can’t guarantee tickets will be available on the door.

IS IT RESERVED SEATING?
On our busier weekend nights, we allocate large groups in one block to ensure you’re all seated together.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR BIG EVENTS, SUCH AS BIRTHDAYS?
For any big event such as birthdays, stags and hens, we allow the person celebrating plus one guest in for free.

HOW OLD MUST YOU BE TO ATTEND EVENTS?
All our shows are 18+ unless otherwise listed.

CAN I PRIVATELY HIRE THE VENUE?
Yes, we do allow external companies to use both the main room and our studio space. Please contact us either here or on 0208 8584581 to discuss your event and how we can help.

DO YOU ACCEPT STAGS AND HENS?
We do accept stag and hen parties, though we ask that you respect the venue and it’s performers. Any disregard for this will result in immediate eviction from the club.

HOW DO I GET AN OPEN SPOT?
The Blackout runs every Thursday and is our open mic format. For spots please email ….. Please be aware that this night in incredible popular so there is a waiting list to perform.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Sales of tickets are final and cannot be refunded. In the case of extraordinary circumstances we may be able to transfer your ticket to another night, space allowing.
